Metal laser cutting quality is measured by intuitive standards of the quality of the product cut by cutting machine, and as that is a consistent way to determine the quality of laser cutters. Six evaluation criteria are used to determine the cutting quality of HSG LASER products. They are listed below.

• The roughness of the cutting surface
• The size of cutting
• The perpendicularity cutting edge
• The angle of the cutting edge
• The waviness (striations) after cutting
• Flatness

The six criteria above are not only the reflection of the surface quality and precision of the cutting material, but also the performance of the cutter. High-quality laser cutting machines can be produced when the six standards are acceptable to the manufacturing requirements.
